• ✓ Warranty is applicable from the date of purchase
• ✓ Warranty should be registered
• ✓ Warranty is not covered if mattress depression is:
  • Less than 1.5 inches for 5-inch or thicker mattresses
  • Less than 1 inch for 4-inch thick mattresses
• ✓ In case of replacement, the warranty continues from the original purchase date
• ✓ Removing serial number tags will void the warranty
• ✓ Warranty value depreciation:
  • After 6 years of use, mattress value is 50%, and the customer pays 50% of the original price
  • After 8 years of use, mattress value is 30%, and the customer pays 70% of the original price
• ✓ Ensure the mattress size is not smaller than the cot size

WARRANTY WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

• ✓ Purchase invoice is not available with the customer
• ✓ If the mattress is out of warranty
• ✓ Opening of stitches (both quilt and edge tape) is reported within 2 weeks from the date of purchase
• ✓ Stains occurred on the mattress after unpacking or removing the polythene cover at the customer’s end
• ✓ Warranty covers only sagging of the mattress and does not include fabric damages such as:
  • Color fading
  • Bleeding
  • Stains
  • Iron marks (burns)
  • Tears
• ✓ Bending, cutting, folding, or mishandling of the mattress
• ✓ If the mattress is placed on an uneven cot which is bent or if the cot size is smaller than the mattress
• ✓ Placing any heavy or unusual objects on the mattress
• ✓ Exposed to heat or fire
• ✓ Customer is unwilling to allow an on-site inspection of the mattress by the company’s sales representative
